- Visa applications
Visas are the responsibility of individual delegates, and must be obtained before coming to arrival in Canada. Please note that the Congress organizers and secretariat do not have the authority to act on behalf of individuals in obtaining visas.
- Visa application processing times
Processing time for visa applications vary depending on the office and the time of the year. Participants are encouraged to apply early for their visas, and to submit complete applications including all supporting documents.
- Official invitation letters
To support visa applications for conference participants coming from countries requiring a visa to enter Canada, a letter of invitation will be issued once the registration form and payment has been received and validated by the Conference Secretariat.
- Before travelling
Please ensure you have an up-to-date passport before booking travel and are aware of any visa or eTA requirements which may be in operation for nationals of your country. For more information you can visit the website immigration and citizenship Canada.
